CANCELLATION TERMS

All purchases are final sale and refunds are not provided, regardless of whether the member has logged in to the community. We do not offer refunds or credits of any kind.

Monthly members pay for access to the Aligned community on a monthly basis. This fee renews automatically each month on the same day as your original subscription date. 

To cancel your monthly membership, you must email [email protected] before your next scheduled billing date. If you are unsure of this date, please email us at [email protected].

Any cancellation requests received on your billing date or after will not be honoured and you will be charged. Cancellation will take effect the following billing date.

Without the requested cancellation in writing, memberships will auto-renew. 

You can cancel your membership which will ensure there’s no further billing but we do not offer refunds or credits of any kind.

Annual members pay for the full year of the Aligned community in advance. This fee renews automatically each year on the anniversary of your original subscription date.

To cancel your annual membership, you must submit written notice before your next scheduled billing date, a.k.a the anniversary of your original subscription date. (If you do not know this date, please email us at [email protected].)

Any requests received on your billing date or after will not be honoured and you will be charged for another year.

Without the requested cancellation in writing, memberships will auto-renew.

Please note our team works Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm Pacific Time. If you request a cancellation outside of regular business hours, this may result in your next billing cycle being charged.

Outside of billing errors that occur (because you’ve made a request to cancel outside of our regular office hours resulting in a charge), there are no refunds for membership fees.  

If you cancel with time left in your billing period, you can access Aligned until the end of the billing period. After that, your membership to the Aligned community will be revoked and no further fee will be collected.

You’re also forfeiting your pricing tier meaning should you opt to rejoin us in future you will be subject to the active pricing at that time.
